John Roche
Owner / Director of Operations
Bringing over 16 years security experience, John started Pinnacle Security Services back in 2011. Coming from managing roles in past security companies, John has been able to lead Pinnacle in a way that is very personal to the clients. John is first hand with clients and always on call when needed.
Pinnacle Security Services Inc. opened for business in April 2011. John Roche, owner and founder of Pinnacle Security Services already had a strong client base and group of loyal employees whom he absorbed from the previous company he had managed. Pinnacle is based in central Etobicoke servicing mostly in the GTA but also servicing clients throughout Ontario as far north as Ottawa and as far south as Windsor.

Rose Kovacs is a retired elementary school principal with forty years of experience in the field of education. Her refined knowledge and skills in administration are an asset to Pinnacle Security's Human Resources Department
